The purpose of the Staff and leadership training (SALT) school is to produce better equipped staff members for our schools and base staff. Through leadership training, the graduates will be better able to lead in a variety of ministries on any local base. For someone desiring to be involved in ministry, the experience and training that is gained in a school environment first will minimize the difficulties that come by just learning as you go. Even more importantly, the graduates of the SALT will be more effective disciplers, thus producing more effective laborers for God's harvest field of discipling nations.
